Tilly Wardale - Clinical Nutritionist

I come from a line of strong women who knew that good food was the foundation for health.

My interest in nutrition piqued in 2016 when I made the decision to go vegan and went through the process of learning how to nourish myself and how to thrive on a plant-based diet. This later led to me starting my degree in clinical nutritional medicine.

Throughout my degree I developed a passion for supporting women’s hormones and menstrual cycle health through nutritional and lifestyle medicine, and connection to nature. I felt empowered learning about the different hormones and their roles throughout the menstrual cycle, and how to use food as medicine to support hormonal health.

Through my role as a nutritionist I hope to empower other women to understand their cycles and view food as a tool to support their bodies and connect to the environment they live in, rather than seeing it as something to be restricted or controlled.
