HOW TO USE
For use on clean skin, with a light oil or facial serum.
Gently scrape the gua sha stone along the skin, focussing on the natural direction of lymph flow, and back towards the heart.
Move over each site 3-7 times to get the most benefit.
Wash after each use with warm soapy water.
Be careful not to push too hard into the skin to avoid causing bruising or damage to the skin, especially on the face
Those who have had lymph nodes removed or issues with circulation should consult with their health care team before using gua sha and practicing lymphatic drainage.
Gua sha can also be used on other parts of the body to stimulate circulation, lymphatic drainage, and for massage.
